School Bus Drivers Needed

The East Carter County R-2 School District is accepting applications for a full-time regular bus route driving position.  This 9-month position offers a competitive starting salary of $20.07/hour (a full route am/pm is paid for 4-hours daily) and also includes a choice from 8-health benefit packages paid for by the district for the employee.  Successful applicants must possess or obtain a Class B or higher CDL with school bus and passenger endorsements.  Application documents are available from the Central Office or may be downloaded through the district website at https://www.ecarter.k12.mo.us/businessforms. The East Carter Co. R-2 School District is accepting applications for substitute teachers and substitute para-professionals.  Subs are needed throughout the district in many different job types and age groups.  The current full-day pay rate for 2024-25 is $115.  Successful candidates must complete a job application, have completed 60 or more college hours, pass a background check and possess an active substitute teaching certificate issued from DESE prior to being presented to the Board of Education.
