ABOUT US
East Carter County R-II School District, located in Ellsinore, Missouri, serves about 650 students in a small, rural setting. The district includes an elementary, middle, and high school. The district is known for its dedicated staff and supportive community. East Carter focuses on providing a close-knit, student-centered education with ongoing efforts to improve learning outcomes.
