High School Principal
Dear Parents and Students,
It is with sincere enthusiasm that I write this year’s “Welcome Back to School” letter to all those who play such an important role in the educational process of our schools 225 students. High School is an amazing opportunity for students to prepare for their future. East Carter High School has made a long-standing commitment to provide students with personalized learning experiences to help students feel confident about their abilities and begin to plan for the future after high school. Our primary mission is to help students graduate and accomplish their goals.
I am very proud of our staff and students for their accomplishment this past year in being selected as one of the top schools in America. The U.S. News awarded East Carter High School with a Bronze Medal for academic ratings, visit the website. Congratulations and thank you to East Carter Staff and Students for their hard work and commitment to excellence.
As we all know there are many challenges with each new school year. Unfunded state and federal mandates, new state mandates, continued maintenance of the high school facility, and seeking the resources to continue our technology upgrades are just a number of issues that we will face during the coming year. Our greatest encounter though should be to always do our best to meet the needs of each and every student. I know with the continued support of our parents and community we will accomplish our mission; student success!
Let’s have a great 2012-2013 school year. Go Redbirds!
Sincerely,
Robert (Chuck) Eudaley
High School Principal
