What was the job of the Pony Express Rider?

Your assignment is to create a HELP WANTED Poster.
You must  be able to provide the following information on your poster:
a map with route, job description, qualifications, wages, and dangers.
Use the Inspiration web provided in your folder to organize the information.
It would be useful to supply applicants with information about 2 other riders.  Have this written information available with a paragraph about each rider, pictures are welcome.

The Pony Express lasted 18 months.  The telegraph system was invented and offered a fasterway to send messages and the Pony Express was no longer needed.
