Integrating Technology

IFederal Resources for Educational Excellence
More than 30 Federal agencies formed a working group in 1997 to make hundreds of Federally supported teaching and learning resources easier to find. The result of that work is the FREE web site.

LBurkart Integration Ideas for Elementary, Middle School and Special Needs.

Tip #1 - Begin with your curriculum.

Never start by asking, "What can I do with the computer?" Ask, "What are my curricular goals?"

Tip #2 - Collaborate

Work with a partner to plan new curriculum units or lessons. It's lots more fun that way, and you and your partner can brainstorm ideas, share the planning, and contribute your individual strengths.   You can contact Chris Crites for integration ideas too.
